    A one-way ride provides transportation from one pickup location to one destination with no scheduled return trip. This option is ideal for airport drop-offs, hotel transfers, or any point to point travel.

  • Roundtrip Ride

    A round-trip ride includes transportation to your destination and a scheduled return trip to your original pickup location or another designated location. Your return pick time is arranged when your reservation is made, providing a convenient and stress-free travel experience.

    -Pickup to your destination

    -Scheduled return transportation

  • Multiple Stops

    A multiple stops ride is designed for clients who need to visit two or more destinations during the same reservation. Whether you're running errands, attending multiple meetings, or having a night out on the town, your driver will remain available throughout your itinerary. Additional charges apply based on the number of stops, travel time, and total mileage.

Important Policies

Wait Time Policy

  • First 15 minutes of waiting: Complimentary
  • After 15 minutes: $2.00 per minute


Deposit & Policy Acknowledgment 

  • Payment of the required reservation deposit constitutes your acknowledgment, acceptance, and agreement to all booking terms, conditions, and policies outlined in your booking confirmation email. By submitting your deposit, you confirm that you have reviewed and agree to abide by these policies for your scheduled transportation service.

Ride Details 

  • Requests to add passengers after booking are subject to vehicle capacity and will incur an additional passenger fee. This helps ensure a comfortable experience for all guests and allows us to properly prepare for your reservation. 
  • To ensure timely and reliable service for all clients, transportation services may not be changed, shortened, or modified once the ride has begun. 
  • For round-trip reservations, if the return trip is no longer needed after the initial trip has started, no refunds, credits, or partial reimbursements will be issued for the unused portion of the reservation. By booking a round-trip service, you are reserving the driver's time and vehicle for both scheduled trips. 


Cancellations

  • More than 24 hours before service: Deposit transferable to a future booking.
  • Less than 24 hours before service: Deposit is non-refundable.

No Shows

  • Failure to arrive within the scheduled pickup window without communication will result in cancellation and forfeiture of payment. This includes roundtrip bookings. 

Additional Stops

  • Additional stops must be requested in advance and may incur additional charges.
  • Any requests to extend service, add stops, or make other modifications during the ride are subject to driver availability and may incur additional charges. 

Smoking Policy

  • Smoking is only permitted for clients who have booked the Smoker's Lounge Ride package.
  • Excessive ash, burns, spills, or damage may result in additional cleaning or repair fee
